The DietDeck® is an easy to use nutrition and weight loss tool that was developed by Dr. Sonja Wicklum for her patients. It was so well received that now it is available for individuals to use by themselves or with their healthcare provider.

How does it work?
With your DietDeck® you receive a deck of cards that represent different types of food, a wallet and an instruction booklet. Each day you count a certain number of cards from each food group and place them in the left hand side of your wallet. The easy-to-follow instructions will tell you how many, and what type of cards to start with. As the day goes by you move cards from the left side of the wallet to the right, as you eat or drink an item from a particular food group. This process lets you measure the balance in your diet - showing you which food groups you eat from too much or too little and which ones are in perfect balance. After you know the state of your diet as it is now, you begin the process of balancing it by slowly making changes to the type and number of cards you carry in your wallet. It's that simple and it's proven to work!
